The best way to get the full experience of the place is to order a pitcher of sangria and split a few of the small tapas plates between friends. In the evening the restaurant is usually crowded with folks drinking cocktails late into the night. Swift Lounge, a new small cafe has opened up at the same address as Colosso's.
