Following the latest template of Vegas ultralounge–theme decor (in this case, tropical), a snooty VIP section, barely-clad bartenders (in this case, in sarongs), and go-go dancers giving it their all in front of screens that shift between music videos and psychedelic fractals, this new tie-in to the Hawaiian Tropic empire is all-too-predictable. Its ace in the hole, though, is its tiki torch–lit patio, which, despite a view of a pedestrian bridge to City Center, still enables you to people-watch all night long.
