Not the first in the line of corporate-tie-in Vegas hot spots—but certainly one of the most vulgarly obvious of them (at least until we get "Trump: The Ultralounge")—this new upscale lounge is pretty standard fare. Red velvet? Gilded mirrors? Leather banquettes? Stripper poles? VIP section? Yup, all present and accounted for. In fact, the Augie's sole distinguishing aspects are the jellyfish tanks, the ample outdoor balcony (which overlooks Treasure Island's sexy pirate ship show), a slick, attractive crowd, and the ubiquitous Ed Hardy murals. Mr. Hardy, you'll recall, is the biker-tattoo artist whose designs Monsieur Audigier has licensed into faux-chic success. No sign of Mr. Hardy himself yet.
