ABOUT

On the bank of the Dolores River, just downstream from the McPhee Reservoir, the tiny town of Dolores is midway between Durango and Telluride on State Highway 145. The river runs along the south edge of town, while beautiful cliffs flank the northern edge. Dolores attracts visitors with its spectacular scenery, fabulous fly-fishing, water sports, mountain hiking, biking, and other outdoor adventures.
