Granville Island Water Park

North America's largest free public water park has multiple sprays and fountains for children to run through and a great slide to zoom down. There's a grassy patch for picnics, and clean washrooms are at the adjacent community center.

Mont-St-Sauveur Water Park

Slides, a giant wave pool, a wading pool, and snack bars will all keep the kids occupied here. The river rafting attracts an older, braver crowd; the nine-minute ride follows the natural contours of steep hills. On the tandem slides, plumes of water flow through figure-eight tubes and make for a great time. But if you'd rather stay dry, take an adventure through the trees on the zip line or enjoy a fast ride with the Viking Alpine Coaster.

World Water Park

With 20 slides, including one called the Sky Screamer, where sliders approach 37 mph, this is the world’s largest indoor water park and about as fun a way to spend an afternoon there is. There’s also a wave pool and a zipline, and plenty of milder slides and pools and fountains for the tykes, too. Admission includes free use of life jackets and swim diapers.
