Like its sister hotel (Metterra Hotel on Whyte) down the street, the Varscona provides excellent service, value, and comfort for its guests. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable, especially the pillows. Breakfast is complimentary, and the excellent Ampersand27 Restaurant is on the ground floor just off the lobby.
