Built in 1914 as Calgary's grand railroad hotel, the Palliser remains the city's most elegant accommodation. Guest rooms are tastefully appointed with traditional furnishings and have ornate moldings and high ceilings. The Rimrock restaurant onsite is excellent. A covered Plus 15 walkway connects the hotel to the performing arts center and the Glenbow Museum.
