You'll find surprisingly authentic Creole and Cajun fare at this festive New Orleans--style restaurant in the historic city center that's decorated with photos and paintings of jazz musicians and indeed features live bands in the evening from Wednesday through Saturday. Oysters fried, roasted, or on the half shell are a must for fans of bivalves, but also consider such classic recipes such as seafood gumbo, barbecue ribs, and blackened redfish along with po'boys and burgers.
