Amid all the organic and vegetarian focus on food in this health-conscious town, meat lovers can enjoy sinking their teeth into U.S.D.A. imported T-bone, porterhouse, and filet mignon steaks at this upscale lounge and restaurant. Lamb crusted with herbs, and BBQ pork ribs round out the meat selections. Expect to pay a high premium for the imported steaks—up to $45. Easier on the budget (and digestion) are the local fish dishes prepared in interesting ways, like mahi-mahi wrapped in banana leaf with shrimp and cheddar cheese. There are plenty of salads for the non-carnivores—including classic Greek or a walnut-and-strawberry salad with blue cheese—and vegetarian lasagne. The place has a clubby, masculine feel, as befits a steak house. It's also open for breakfast and lunch.
