Silifke
Lively, non-touristy Silifke is a small agricultural town beside the Göksu River that’s dominated by the Byzantine castle, Silifke Kalesi. Traces of its long history are evident in the cave-church home of St. Thecla, one of St. Paul’s most prominent disciples, a few minutes outside the village.
