The compact rooms and somewhat uninspiring common areas of this centrally located hotel are more than made up for by the excellent service and extremely helpful English-speaking staff. Though small, rooms are clean and comfortable, with attractive details like patterned wallpaper and upholstered headboards; some also have narrow balconies facing the street. The hotel's restaurant has inexpensive set dinner menus.

Decor in the quaint rooms of this charming B&B—on the supposed former premises of the hotel where famed Troy archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann is said to have stayed—includes old-fashioned touches such as wrought-iron bed frames and quilted bedspreads. The four front-facing rooms have petite balconies, and a couple have full or partial views of the water.
