Fodor's Expert Review Asma Han
3068 Sok. 11, Alaçati, Izmir, Turkey
This charming country house with nicely appointed rooms and a beautiful porch and garden feels peacefully secluded from Alaçatı’s hubbub despite its central location. Each of the nine rooms is named after a different Turkish wine grape; some have bay windows with comfy alcove seats in the local architectural style. Antique furniture and soft, cheerily patterned bedspreads contrast nicely with the exposed stone walls. The friendly young owners serve up a lavish breakfast each morning, and welcome guests to join them for tea and cakes in the afternoon.
