Fodor's Review

Jordi Cruz is a culinary phenomenon in Spain. The youngest chef ever to win a Michelin star (and now holder of three: two at ABaC and the other at Angle), he is also a household name thanks to TV appearances and a reputation for combining creativity and tradition. The only choice here is between the two tasting menus; you can trust this chef to give you the best he has (and any attempt at economy is roughly analogous to quibbling about deck chairs on the Titanic). The hypercreative sampling varies wildly from season to season, but no expense or effort is ever spared. Connected to an exquisite five-star boutique hotel of the same name, the dining room, awash in beige and white linens with wide-plank, dark-wood floors, delivers a suitably elegant backdrop.
