Housed in the former Bishop's Palace, the Diocesan Museum is devoted to religious art, with illustrated prayer books, tapestries, paintings (including some Julio Romero de Torres canvases), and sculpture. The medieval wood sculptures are the museum's finest treasures. As this book went to press, the museum was closed for repairs, and no date was given for their completion.
