Air Travel

Gdańsk has the main airport in northeastern Poland with regular service, both domestic and international (LOT, Direct Fly, Lufthansa, Norwegian, SAS, and Wizzair flights). The airport is expanding, and the number of connections is growing.

Szczecin is served by LOT, Ryanair, and Centralwings flights, connecting the city to Warsaw, London Stansted, and Dublin.

Gdańsk's airport is 16 km (10 miles) out of town in Rębiechowo and can be reached by SKM (light city rail) from the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station (in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, you can change for Gdańsk central and for Sopot; some trains are also going to Gdynia). Other options include city buses: Bus 210 (night bus N3) from the center of Gdańsk, Bus 122 from Sopot, or Bus 4A from Gdynia. Taxis cost about zł 40 to Gdańsk, zł 50 to Sopot, or zł 70 to Gdynia.

The bus to Szczecin airport is operated by Interglobus Tour. Taxi fare to Szczecin from the airport is an exorbitant zł 150.
