On the main square in the town of Francis Ford Coppola's ancestors, a large palazzo has been transformed (by French designer Jacques Grange) into Basilicata's top lodging, complete with hidden gardens, spacious porticoes, frescoed ceilings, and Moroccan-tile floors. The honeymoon suite (No. 8) has its own private dining room.
