Getting Here and Around

Air travelers from Paris and London can fly into Bergerac, 48 km (29 miles) south, or Brive–Vallée de la Dordogne, 81 km (50 miles) west. By rail, you can get from Paris's Gare d'Austerlitz to Périgueux’s train station on Rue Denis Papin in five hours, with a connection in Bordeaux (€75.80). CFTA buses link the gare routiere (also on Rue Denis Papin) with Brantôme, Hautefort, and Bergerac for €2 per trip. Peribus provides public transit within Périgueux itself (€1.25).
