Among the 16th-century black-and-white half-timber buildings in the center of Ledbury, take special note of the Feathers Hotel and the Talbot Inn. They’re considered to be among the finest timber-framed buildings of their age left in England. The cobbled Church Lane, almost hidden behind the 17th-century market house, is crowded with other medieval half-timber buildings and leads to St. Michael’s and All Angels Church.
