This shop brings together many of Scandinavia's top designers of furniture, lighting, rugs, and housewares in two shops. The "Skandium Townhouse" showcases furniture from giants of Scandinavian Modernism like Artek, Fritz Hansen, and Georg Jensen, as well as non-Scandinavian modernists such as Knoll, as well as soft furnishings, lighting, and accessories (ike Aalto vases. Clean lines and stripped-down, unfussy elegance abound (although the Moomins make an appearance on ceramics). Small wooden birds by Architectmade make a great portable gift. There's another branch in Marylebone.
