The Danish Riviera

North Zealand has historically been the favorite holiday spot for Denmark’s most affluent families, and the area from Hornbæk to Hundested---known as the Danish Riviera---is home to a lovely selection of traditional beach hotels, picturesque former fishing villages, beautiful vacation homes, and a host of restaurants, bars, and delicatessen shops. The seemingly endless stretch of sandy beaches is broken only by green forests, small marinas, and holiday homes.
