Fodor's Expert Review Passarola
Tucked away in a picturesque courtyard off the main square, Passarola has quickly risen to the list of top Hvar restaurants over the past few years. Great care is taken in selecting the best local, organic island ingredients, which are carefully prepared so that the focus stays always on those ingredients. Island dining is at its best here. Well known for specialties like steak with truffle sauce and homemade macaroni, lobster pasta, and a seafood platter with shells and champagne mousse. The wine list is impressive and includes local standouts and a wide international selection. There's also live classical or jazz music on some nights.
