La Merveilleuse by Infiniti Resorts
In two neo-Gothic buildings dating from the late 19th century, this converted former monastery enjoys superb views of Dinant and the Meuse. Light and airy rooms are tastefully furnished and feature modern conveniences, but with many nods to the building's former role, including old wooden wardrobes, and wooden internal shutters on the windows. Beer lovers may want to check out Maison Leffe (€15 with tasting), an interactive museum on the same site dedicated to the art of brewing.
