St. Maarten/St. Martin accommodations range from modern megaresorts such as the Radisson and the Westin St. Maarten to condos and small inns. On the Dutch side many hotels cater to groups, and although that's also true to some extent on the French side, you can find a larger collection of intimate accommodations there. Off-season rates (April through the beginning of December) can be as little as half the high-season rates.
Because of its stupendous bay view and simple but comfortable rooms with creative decor, this lovely guesthouse is widely considered one of the Dutch side's best. Its virtues are many, but what really keeps many guests coming back are the owners, who make you feel as if you're visiting the beach house of your favorite relatives. Book early: the Toad fills up fast. The ground level is wheelchair-accessible.

Lounge in a beach chair, dine in the inn's excellent little restaurant, shop in the trendy on-site boutique, or walk to town for more dining and shopping.
Some of the rooms at this intimate, boho-chic hotel on Grand Case’s sandy beach have sea views and others overlook the lively village boulevard. Each has an airy decor and a private terrace or patio. Relax by the Caribbean Sea or book a snorkeling, diving, or boat excursion to nearby coves.
