Fodor's Expert Review The Kitchen Table by White
At perhaps one of the most exciting restaurants on the island, Chef Urvin Croes takes traditional Caribbean dishes, deconstructs them, and then reconstructs them in new and inventive ways. The Kitchen Table seats only 16 people, and the seven-to-eight-course dinner (with optional wine pairing) is served over a four-hour period. The evening kicks off with a sunset cocktail on the patio and then moves to the open kitchen, where diners are close to the action—Chef Croes provides an excellent explanation of each course. Dishes are consistently creative, and the fusion of flavors and unparalleled presentation makes each course a feast. The menu changes monthly, and those with dietary restrictions are absolutely welcome.
