Fodor's Expert Review Shed 5
Huge windows facing the harbor belie the fact that this historic building on the wharf was once a woolshed. Crisp white tablecloths and sparkling tableware gleam under the dark-wood beams in the spacious dining room. On the menu, seafood stands out; the daily fish selection is sourced and filleted on-site by Shed 5's fishmonger. Seafood risotto changes daily depending on what the tide brings in. Another popular choice is wild venison and smoked-mushroom duxelle baked in butter-crust pastry. Desserts include a lovely raspberry-pistachio gateaux with ice-wine ganache.
