The Gumnut Café, in the 1830 sandstone residence of blacksmith William Reynolds, serves delicious salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, rolls, and cakes. The best tables are in the shady back garden. Reservations are necessary at lunch, and dinner is served only Wednesday–Friday.
