The women get job security, a living wage, a safe working environment, and scholarships for their children. You can come here to shop and to try your hand at making your own notebooks and postcards. With advance notice, you can eat at Viet Artisans, tucking in to delicious homemade food like banh xeo, a rice flour crêpe filled with bean sprouts, sprink, pork, and vegetables (a vegetarian version is available).
