With cute thatched bungalows set among lush tropical gardens that lead down to a private beach, Mai House Resort is a solid midrange resort choice on pricey Phu Quoc. All bungalows have large windows, four-poster beds, and comfortable verandas. Mai House's restaurant and bar (with a pool table) overlooks the white-sand beach, which is usually filled with guests sunbathing on the resort's loungers. It's also a great base from which to explore the island, and the efficient staff can help with motorbike rentals and tours.
