At this charming little setup run by a lovely husband-and-wife team, Khoi and Oanh, the bamboo huts are quite basic, containing only beds and mosquito nets, but the big attraction here is the little hobby farm, which is home to chickens, ducks, horses, geese, dogs, cats, and a monkey. Oanh supervises the kitchen, which turns out fabulous Vietnamese home cooking. It's very popular with Vietnamese families on weekends, when Khoi organizes a full itinerary of kids' activities, including tug-of-war, sack races, horse riding, and fishing (the old-fashioned way, in the water with a bamboo basket).
