5 Best Places to Shop in Luang Prabang, Laos

Background Illustration for Shopping

Luang Prabang has two principal markets where you can find handicrafts: the Dara Central Market, on Setthathirat Road, and the Tribal Market, on Sisavangvong Road. In the evening, most of Sisavangvong Road turns into an open bazaar, similar to Thailand's night markets. It's a pleasant place to stroll, bargain with hawkers, and stop for a simple meal and a beer at one of many roadside stalls.
