Opened by a collective of Shanghai's leading DJs, this former bomb shelter is not for the claustrophobic. It is a favorite with Shanghai scenesters for its cheap drinks and reasonable cover charge. It's a bit musty and damp down in the basement, but that doesn't stop revelers from packing in whenever there are big-name shows.
