Santos Express Train Lodge
It might be called the Santos Express, but this train isn’t departing any time soon; compact compartments in the vintage sleeper cars have little space but lots of character, and the views of the ocean are hard to beat. Book way ahead to secure one of four Royal Suites, which have authentic wood paneling, private bathrooms, and private balconies. The always-busy restaurant serves a wine range of dishes, from pizzas and burgers to seafood stews and fresh mussels.
