Once you arrive at Setti Fatma, some 65 km (40 miles) from Marrakesh, you’ll notice the increase in crowds and, of course, an increase in eating, lodging, and shopping options. Setti Fatma is not the most restful village in the valley, but it’s convivial, bubbling with activity. One of the main reasons people make their way to Setti Fatma is to visit the seven waterfalls—a two-hour climb from the village center. It’s also a great setting-off point for walks into the mountains, where you can explore villages inaccessible by road.
