Perhaps it was being brought up on the rainy west coast of Scotland that inspired Stephanie to become a travel writer. Or perhaps it was the discovery of so many quirky and fascinating people and places. Specialising in unusual destinations and people-led stories, Stephanie has spent the last 15 years travelling and writing, mostly across sub-Saharan Africa. She has been published in British Airways' High Life, easyJet Traveller, South Africa Airways' Sawubona and Positive News magazine. She now lives in a decrepit cottage in Rutland, England's smallest county.
