Megan Brownrigg

Megan Brownrigg is a British writer, journalist and producer. Her work explores the world's underrepresented cultures, often focussing on communities affected by climate change, gender equality and intersectionality. She's a regular contributor to Urth Magazine's conservation section and had to learn to run when she reported on grassroots athletics in Ethiopia for Like The Wind Magazine. Megan was longlisted for Bradt's New Travel Writer of the Year 2020, is co-founder of Where Did It All Go Right? the podcast, and has fond, funny and painful memories of scripting live interviews as a radio producer. Megan has written about the communities she's travelled to meet for the past 4 years. Back in the day, she read English at Durham University in England and studied her MA in Writing For Stage and Broadcast Media at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
