Jeremy Davis

Jeremy Davis is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Georgia. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Toronto, and has held teaching and research positions at the United States Military Academy (West Point) and the University of Florida. His current research focuses on a number of areas in applied ethics, including biomedical ethics, the ethics of war, and most recently, ethical issues arising in and from travel and tourism. He is currently writing a book on the ethics of travel provisionally titled *Tourist Traps: On the Ethics and Politics of Travel*. He occasionally writes about these and other topics on his Substack, "Jerm Theory" (jermtheory.substack.com).
