This is the new lemon zest I just started. I will steep this one several times before Christmas and it's amazing added in sugar cookies....we use pretty much all our extracts in sugar cookies. The flavors come through SO good. But I also use the lemon zest extract in chicken recipes and for fish (AMAZING). my Pineapple extract goes so good in curries and various Thai dishes.
