This is a small section of my extracts. I use whatever glass containers I have laying around at the time. I make sure to label exactly what is in it and also the day I started the extract and for fruits I also list the dates I change the fruit so I always know when the next fruit change is due. When they are all complete they will get switched over to the cobalt blue glass bottles but it's just easier to make them in large batches first then switch them out in the end.
