Yosemite or Grand Canyon
I'm planning a trip for next June. 2 kids age 10 and 7. Looking for beautiful sites, hiking, maybe rafting and other fun adventures. 1 week trip, can go to 2-3 close places. Considering either grand canyon maybe with sedona (i went to sedona once and loved it but my kids haven't been) or yosemite and something. Advice please???

Grand Canyon and Sedona, definitely my choice. Maybe 3-4 days in Sedona, 1-2 days at the GC, and 1-2 days in Page and do the half day float trip on the Colorado River.
I would do 4 days in Sedona, leave early for the GC. Enter through the south gate and take the free shuttle to the viewpoints along Hermit's Rest Road. Check into your lodging inside the park, sunset and sunrise along the rim trail by the lodges. Next day, drive the east rim road, stopping at the viewpoints. DO NOT skip Desert View, that is my favorite. Then up to Page, staying for 2 days, doing the half day float trip on the Colorado River, see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.

Yosemite would get my pick hands down. The earlier in June the better, IMOP. You could skip Mariposa Grove in Yosemite and head to Sequoia National Park-Trees in Yosemite are amazing, but the ones in Sequoia are even better(better than Redwoods too).
From the Valley, I would take a shuttle to Glacier Point and hike The Panorama Trail which connects to the Mist Trail back down to the Valley. Great hike and not to much for most kids that age.
I like the Grand Canyon, but it wouldn't even fall into my Top Ten Favorite national parks.

You can't go wrong with a week in Yosemite! I think my second choice would be Zion and Bryce National Parks over the Grand Canyon and Sedona. I prefer the parks and Sedona has to much civilization for me.

W/ kids -- Yosemite absolutely without question. Book accommodations at Yosemite Lodge at the Falls (even booking now would not be too early)
Much more to do IN Yosemite Valley than at the Grand Canyon, and Sedona wouldn't be as interesting for the kids. June is wonderful in YNP.

IMHO, I went to the grand canyon when my youngest was 7 and I was paranoid. He loves to climb and I constantly had to keep an eye on him. Yes it is a place everyone should see at least once in their lifetime but I would hold off till the kids are older. We've done Bryce and Zion with them and they loved it. This year we're combining yosemite with san Francisco and Santa Cruz. There seems to be a pleathora of activities to choose from for the kids.
