Paris has the BEST buffet.
The rio USED to be our favorite. However, it's so true, it went downhill
very badly. Last time we went a while
back, couldn't even stomach most of the food except the Mongolian food station.
And as for the Mirage, it was laughable
I mean HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
And we got a free buffet there, and it was still HORRIBLE.
Paris had fabulous fresh excellent food.
Belleagio is okayh if you like really weird meat dishes, but we've never tried the Bellagio one.

Depends on what you eat. My favorite is Bellagio because of the wide wariety of fish, shellfish (pre cut king crab), game, wellington, sushi, and debateably mislabeled but nevertheless good-kobe beef. Their desserts are awesome, too. They also serve unlimited champagne sometimes and pour a decent Freixenet Cava (costs extra - you don't have a choice when they do this, puts the price at ~$31).
Found Mandalay to be quite poor in comparison.
Didn't eat at Paris but found the dishes (by reading the menu) to be very saucy and fat/dairy heavy (i.e. classic French). Liking Paris would depend on one's dietary likes/needs. I find Bellagio to have a more generic appeal.

First I noticed that someone had posted the Venetian as a candidate for best buffet. Unless they have opened one in the last year, they do not have a buffet.
I would vote for Ceasar's and Bellagio. Two to NEVER, NEVER try are Excalibar and Flamingo!
