Your 25 state tags affected the page layout, and most were states in the far north or midwest areas that do not have beach weather. We deleted many of the tags and added 3 that might have good weather during your visit.

Miami and the Keys. Even those areas can be chilly if a cold front moves down. I would vote for Costa Rica.

Look at the Gulf coast of Florida, perhaps Naples or even as far north as Tampa/Clearwater area although the farther north you go the cooler it can be.
There are excellent beaches along the entire gulf coast. Water is calm.

Today (~2 weeks before your trip) it is 89F/31C in Tampa.

Depends on how you define "warm", I want 80F or more so I would target Hawaii, and the only big city is Honolulu. Try and avoid US Thanksgiving and book soon if you plan to travel this year.

San Diego fits your requirements. If you give up the ocean for pools, November is one of Arizona’s best months. Sunny, dry.

"There are many selection to choose airport for San Diego. Please advise."

Pick the flights that offer the best price at reasonable total flight time, that departs and arrives when YOU want.

If you need help deciding between several that look ok to you then give those details here and we can then advise.

Since Toronto to San Diego crosses the entire North American continent your total travel time will be at least 7 or 8 hours. If you want a closer & easier to reach destination then look at Florida. There are non-stop flights from Toronto to many FL destinations.

If you are flying from toronto choose an east coast destination to cut down flight time and jet lag you would have to San Diego.
Florida.

The airport code for San Diego is SAN.

Hampton Inn Downtown includes breakfast and offers free transport from the airport, rooms are $149 per night.

If you'd rather stay right by the beach, Ocean Park Inn includes breakfast and has rooms with balconies right on the oceanfront around $250.

Unfortunately neither will probably work -- see the OP's other thread: Hotel advise in San Diego

Though the Hampton Inn isn't too much over with taxes - Do they charge for parking? If so, it will definitely be over.
