Hi everyone, we just returned from a trip to Wyoming and Idaho...toured Grand Teton and Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains and Borah Peak (Idaho's highpoint)The scenery in Idaho was fantastic! We have tons of photos and a trail report for our Borah Peak climb and our hike to Sawtooth Lake. Feel free to check them out on our hiking website. here are links to the Idaho pages http://www.naturalbornhikers.com/Borah/BorahPeak.htm and http://www.naturalbornhikers.com/Saw...wtoothLake.htm Hope you enjoy!

Hi velodurt. I love your website and the photos are marvelous. The best trip I have ever done was a hiking trip last summer using the Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch in Stanley as our base. Beautiful place. Thanks for sharing.

What great photos! Loved the single shots of the bald eagle and the butterfly on the rocks. Great scenery too!

You conquered your fear! Good for you! Maybe next time you'll go all the way!

Thanks for sharing - terrific photographs! Makes a person feel like he/she is right there hiking along!

Cyd,

Great photos and report, as always. I really enjoyed them both.

You got much farther than I would have on Borah. Congratulations. I think the only way Tom and I will be experiencing that hike is through your words and pictures. But the Sawtooth Lake hike looks likes something we'd enjoy. I'm always tucking things away for the future.

I was looking up something in my 2006 Southwest trip folder the other day and there, written on the front was your cell phone #. I still hope our paths will cross one day. Until then, good hiking.

Fran

Velodurt

GREAT report and photos. I always try to keep up with your interesting and informative reports.

We really hope to go to Idaho very soon so I read this with great interest. It's been a while since we've done "real" hiking so will definitely have to get into (desparately needed) shape. Although i will admit the beach walking was wonderful in BC and WA this summer.

Please continue to let us know when you post new trips.
