You should look more for a restaurant than a bar as your teenager won't be allowed into bars - I am assuming you know that. You might want to call ahead to the Cask and Flagoon or Game On - both are next to Fenway Park - to see what their policies are. Near the Garden are the Fours on Canal St. You are close to Quincy Market so the places there will all have the game on.

Forget the Cask or Game On, they religiously card at the door. And any bar near the Garden will be very crowded and carding as well, so I doubt the Fours will work.
You could try Cheers in Faneuil Hall or perhaps Jillians near Fenway.

Would have to go 7 games to have a game that day. It will be nuts in Boston if thats the case. Definitely will have to look for a restaurant. Even restaurants with bars in them will not let teens in the bar area that night.

Boston Beer Works on Canal Sreet.
They card at the door and stamp your hand if you are drinking alcholol, so they will definately allow underage son in table area. Lots of screens.
There is also a Fenway Park location.

For teens I like Clery's Irish restaurant/pub on Dartmouth Street - I'd walk down Charles St and over to Boylston and then three streets over to Dartmouth -
but they can also take the T
it is a family restaurant/ lots of ages until about 10pm or later when it becomes a much younger drinking crowd -
depending on when the game is, they have a great bar with high top tables across from it, and a separate room with big tv screens and great burgers, among other things
