Sedona Accomodations

Hi Sandy. We stayed at the Comfort Inn Sedona which is great value for the money, well-located, very comfortable, and pretty new. It does have a pool and jacuzzi. However, I would not say it has "charm." We did a hike that went behind Enchantment Resort, and that looked very nice, but I don't believe it is "moderate." Hopefully someone else here can advise you on a place that meets more of your criteria. I used www.sedona.net in planning our trip so maybe you can find more info there. Also http://www.arizonaguide.com/cities/s...modations.html
If you do a search of old threads you will find a lot of great advice on places to stay in Sedona, and a trip report I posted in September with details on restaurants, hiking, shopping, etc. in the area. Good luck.

We stayed at the Best Western Arroyo Roble in Sedona last march and were very pleased with the hotel and the location. It was right in uptown Sedona, you could walk to restaurants, shopping and the Pink Jeep Tours. We were there with our two boys and found it fine for kids. The same property also rents villas in the back that have more room than the standard hotel rooms but they were more expensive.
