Thank you pinotage, they both sound perfect so will look in to those also.In your opinion do I need to book the lodging in advance or can I just show up on the day?

topping this for myself. Jonny you have asked the exact question I wanted to ask. I see you have received excellent replies. I'm anxious to get out a map and sit down and read all the responses. And I guess I'd better get cracking and make reservation. Perhaps I'm already too late.
