Off or Off-Off broadway Shows for April

Hello, Looks I forgot to select "New York" for my keyword, so I'm posting again, my apologies if this shows up twice or in the wrong area.

I'm interested in attending some off or off-off Broadway shows during April, does anyone have suggestions/favorites? Interested in plays, dramas, Comedy, musicals, mystery/thriller etc. Probably not looking for readings, experimental, interactive or performance art. Thanks in advance

Here are some suggestions: Blue Mans Group, Ilove you, you're perfect now change, Surviving Grace - and I just heard a good review for a play (drawing a blank on the name) of 2 women who are in Bosnia, one is a therapist, I forgegt the role of the other - it's a self discovery kind of play--go to playbill.com for descriptions and offers.

I Love You, Your Perfect Now Change is a cute musical. The Bosnian play Trish is referring to is Necessary Targets, the new Eve Ensler (Vagina Monologues) play. It wasn't very good. Surviving Grace is starring Ileana Douglas. Wasn't much impressed with that either. Way, way, way over acted.

Suggestions:
Love Janis -the story of Janis Joplin playing in the village.
Mr. Goldwyn -a one man show starring Alan King at the Promenade.
Complete Works of Will Shakespeare (Abridged)at Union Square,
The Godfadda Workout -a one man show at the American Place Theater (hilarious but you need to know the movie The Godfather).
Don't bother with The Dazzle. A snoozer.

Coming up next week for me are:

Underpants @ Classic Stage
Carpetbagger's Children @ Mitzi Newhouse (Jean Stapleton)
36 Views @ The Public,
Helen @ The Public(Donna Murphy, Phylicia Rashad & Marion Seldes)Franny's Way

Will report back at the end of next week.

[email protected]: Please do post back next week! We are 2 couples, who all really enjoy theater, but I'm not sure if the guys would interested in Necessary Targets. I had heard Mr. Goldwyn was not so hot, which was disappointing! I'm also interested in "Mornings at 7" and "The Godfadda Workout". "I Love you your perfect now change" may be a possibility because that (as Godfadda") is playing on Monday evenings and one of the nights we will be in NYC is a Monday. I'll keep checking Playbill.com etc. and please do post anything else you have to comment on.

Thanks to everyone who offered advice & suggestions.

I plan to see "Morning's at Seven" for the cast. If you plan to see it, you might like to know that there's a thing in this week's New Yorker--a thick page stuck into the magazine--that allows you to buy cheaper tickets for it now.
