I was watching the morning news today on KGMB & there was a reporter interviewing Melissa Chang at Don Ho's Island Grill. She was promoting Fat Tuesday events at Aloha Tower Marketplace.

It was fun to see you in the video MelissaHI..I loved the boa too. Thanks dusty for this thread. And oh the seafood/veggie dish looked so good!

Chepar! I am totally going to wear a cheong sam. Actually, I'll be wearing a cheong sam TOP, but a regular skirt. I'm too short & dumpy for a full-on cheong sam.

BTW, people....please leave comments on my blog! I'm trying to be more popular (long story).

Cinco sounds great too but we'll just miss it by a couple weeks. We're coming the week before Memorial Day. Doesn't really matter when we will be there though - every day is a holiday when you're in Hawaii!

I watched KHON this morning.

Melissa did a great job today on KHON promoting the Chinese New Year.

I looked on KHON's site & there is no video clip of this morning's story (yet).

But, I did find this video clip on their site from last August.
