Macy's open hours

What are Macy's store open hours and are they open on Sunday? Same question for Bloomingdale's, Tiffany's, etc. Thanks!

What Macy's? What Bloomingdales? You do realize they are in most every city in the country.

Sorry I didn't clarify the location in my original email. I'm inquiring about New York City's Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Does anyone know what hours they are open and if open on Sunday? I've looked at their websites and don't see the hours posted.

Marsha probably made a common mistake people make on this board. They are looking at the posts for a particular state and think their post will only show up under that state.

That being said, I think, Jim, that anyone hearing "Macy's, Bloomingdales & Tiffany's" would assume she's talking about New York City.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, Marsha. But with your post bumped to the top, maybe someone else will. Anyone?

Check the newspaper. In the Macys and Bloomingdales ads they always list all the stores hours at the bottom. I am not sure where you are but I am in Atlanta and they have even the NY store hours in our paper.

Marsha,All are open 7 days/week.
Sunday hours are usually 12-5 for most stores, though I think Macy's is probably more like 10-7.

Monday through Saturday, count on 10-8 for Macy's and Bloomie's maybe till 6 0r 7 for Tiffany's.
If more detailed info is important to you, I'll try to find out more

Don't be an enabler. This info is surely available more reliably online at the stores' web sites.

Sorry, Suzanne! I didn't see your post at the bottom. Didn't mean to be repetitive.

I couldn't believe a store like Bloomingdale's would be closed on Sundays so I went to their website which gives Sunday hours as 11am to 7pm. To double check, I called them and their recording says on Sunday the 19th their hours are 11-7. Could the sign have been for some specific future (or past) Sunday?

After I posted the above about Bloomingdale's I decided to research Tiffany's. On both their website and their phone message, Tiffany's says they're open on Sundays from 12pm-5pm. (212-755-8000 or www.tiffany.com). Am I wrong somehow?

I tried to go to Tiffany's on a Sunday this past April and they were closed.

Macy's is open, but not sure of hours. Can't comment on Bloomie's, but I know Tiffany's was closed the Sunday I went. I could have, perhaps, gone after 5 p.m. and not have realized it.

You'll have to let us all know, Marsha.

About a month ago my boyfriend and I walked up 5th Avenue on a Sunday - since we were in the area, we decided to check out rings in Tiffany's - it was closed and so were some of the other big 5th Ave department stores! (is this some sort of sign??)

I'm almost positive that Bloomie's is open on Sundays.
