We have a group of 9 - staying at Riviera - Does anyone know where you can swim if Pool is closed at your hotel. Can you go to various other hotels and pay to use pool? Any suggestions would be great! And where is the best pizza - willing to drive out a ways! And best place to see a show priced about $20.00 (would see Matinee) Anyone See Louie Louie - might be Henderson?

Best pizza...hmmm. I tried to find that out last year. I looked up the best pizza list in one of the local media magazines and tried the place, east on Flamingo if I recall. But I didn't think it was any better than Pizza Hut frankly, so don't go to any trouble to find it.
Other than the chain places I've never found any 'special' pizza in LV. But then being from Chicago, I'm very picky about pizza.

We just returned from Las Vegas and got to see Mac Knight's comedy & magic show at Harrah's. Very funny and the tickets & drinks were right at $20. Had 2 shows 1 & 3.

The Flamingo Pool is open to the public. One of the few that you can get to without a room key. Also one of the nicest pool areas.

But, call to check the pool times.

Louie Louie is at the Sunset Station in Henderson. Now as far as good pizza goes..look for any Metro Pizza restaurants, just a few of them and they are off the Strip. Not as good as New York or Chicago pizza but better than the chain places. Not sure about swimming here in December though. Can be really chilly here for that. At least for us who live here!
