If no one responds to your post, might I suggest calling the resort direct and inquire as to how old the facilities are AND when they last remodeled. We've found that even if the accomodations are (shall we say, lower end) if they hotel is fairly new (about 2 to 3 yrs old), it'll be nice. Try that angle if no one else knows how the facilties are.

I see you're new to fodors, so let me offer some friendly advice: repost your question with a descriptive header like "Kings Island Suites in Mason, Ohio" or something like that. This will help people who actually know something about Mason to find your post.

Barring mlarson's excellent advice, I would repost this query with a more descriptive title (like "Kings Island Suite, Mason OH?"). There are lots of forum participants in the Ohio area.
